Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer
Location: SK12 (Stockport Area)
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

The Role:

• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Handling Probate and Estate Administration matters
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Advising on Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
• Managing client relationships and providing clear, practical legal advice
• Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties
• Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

You will have the autonomy to run your own files, while also being supported by an experienced and approachable team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner
• Proven experience in Private Client work
• Confident managing a caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, professional and able to work to deadlines
