Private Client Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our well-established and growing team based in our Potters Bar office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Private Client practitioner looking to join a supportive and reputable firm, with the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the department.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection deputyship matters
- Trusts and tax planning
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing clear, practical advice while maintaining the high standards of client care the firm is known for.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE in Private Client work
- Strong experience handling:
- Wills
- Probate and Estate Administration
- LPAs
- Court of Protection matters
- Trusts and tax planning
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent technical knowledge of Private Client law and procedures
Desired Experience
- Experience dealing with contested probate matters, including:
- Inheritance Act claims
- Will disputes
