This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years PQE who wants to take ownership of high-quality private client work, build strong client relationships, and develop their career in a forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Private Client Solicitor Leeds:
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts
- Advising clients on inheritance tax and succession planning with clarity and professionalism
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate documents
- Handling complex probate cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and empathy
- Networking and contributing to business development to grow the private client offering in Leeds
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting the wider department’s success
