The Role:
Puro Associates are supporting a Legal 500 firm in their search for a Private Client Solicitor to join their established team in South London. This role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop within a highly regarded firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and deputyships
- Advising clients on estate planning and administration
- Handling Court of Protection applications
- Liaising with financial advisors and other professionals to provide comprehensive client support
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (Minimum 4 PQE) with experience in private client matters
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and deputyships
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
