A well-established and growing law firm based in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Private Family Law Solicitor to join its busy and expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle high-quality privately funded work within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, providing clear, pragmatic advice while delivering a high standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction to conclusion
• Advising on divorce, financial remedy, and separation matters
• Handling private children law matters, including child arrangements
• Drafting legal documents, including applications and consent orders
• Representing clients in court hearings and negotiations
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
• Maintaining high levels of client care and confidentiality

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Experience in private family law
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• A professional and empathetic approach
