Administrative Property Maintenance Coordinator
My client is a fast-growing property agency providing professional property services across multiple regions, with a strong portfolio of both residential and commercial lettings and sales. They have built a strong reputation for delivering a high standard of service to their clients.
Due to continued growth, my client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Property Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in property management while working with a diverse and varied property portfolio.
The position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel required for property inspections. Mileage expenses will be covered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property maintenance queries and issues
  • Liaise daily with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers
  • Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant housing standards
  • Handle tenant and property owner queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Advise clients on housing standards and support ongoing property compliance
  • Work closely with landlords, property managers, and multi-unit development teams

Requirements

  • Experience with property management systems such as Letman or Fixflo would be advantageous (training can be provided)
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong customer service focus with a professional and solutions-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player with good problem-solving abilities
  • Honest, reliable, and capable of building positive relationships with clients and colleagues
