This role offers a varied caseload, exposure to high-quality work, and the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of the firm. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to take on supervisory responsibilities and contribute to client development and wider management functions.
The Role
Depending on your background, you will focus on either commercial property, residential property, or a mix of both.
Responsibilities may include:
Commercial Property
- Landlord and Tenant matters (drafting and negotiating leases)
- Commercial sales and purchases
- Development projects
- Secured lending
Residential Property
- Sales and purchases
- Drafting and negotiating leases
- Residential management work
- Secured lending
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property law (commercial, residential, or both)
- Qualified Solicitors preferred, but experienced non-qualified lawyers and conveyancers will also be considered
- Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Organised, disciplined, and able to manage your own caseload
- A team player with a motivated, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Commitment to providing a high standard of legal advice and client care
