An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in Potters Bar. This is the perfect role for someone looking to build on their experience in property disputes and progress their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of varied property litigation matters while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex disputes. This role offers exposure to high-quality work and clear opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling residential and commercial possession proceedings
  • Advising on commercial and residential leases, forfeiture, and dilapidations
  • Working on 1954 Act claims (claimant and defendant)
  • Dealing with adverse possession, squatters’ actions, and general contract disputes
  • Conducting cases in both the County Court and High Court
  • Communicating effectively with clients and providing clear, commercially minded advice
