About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and growing law firm. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality contentious property matters, acting for commercial clients, landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and private individuals.
You'll manage your own varied caseload while working closely with an experienced and supportive team, providing clear, commercially focused advice and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
- Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, possession claims, forfeiture, dilapidations, and service charge disputes.
- Handle boundary disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants, easements, nuisance, and trespass matters.
- Represent clients throughout litigation, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct negotiations and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional client care.
- Support business development activities and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Property Litigation.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial property disputes.
- Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
