Job OverviewA forward-thinking law firm is seeking experienced conveyancers to join its growing team. The firm values collaboration, professional development, and creating a supportive and friendly working environment, with strong opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
• Provide high-quality legal advice and service to clients
• Meet with clients, take instructions, and offer practical guidance
• Handle a range of conveyancing matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New builds
  • Help to Buy
  • Shared ownership
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence tailored to client needs
• Supervise and support junior team members (paralegals, trainees, assistants)
• Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
