The Opportunity
Puro Associates are working with an established and growing legal practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor on a fully remote basis.
This is a great opportunity for a Family Solicitor who enjoys private family work, takes pride in delivering excellent client care and wants the flexibility of working remotely while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The role offers a strong level of autonomy, with appropriate support and supervision available when required.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and financial matters.
- Financial remedy work.
- Private children matters.
- Cohabitation agreements.
- TOLATA.
- Injunctions.
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- Advising clients throughout the progression of their matters.
- Managing files from instruction through to conclusion.
- Building strong and trusted client relationships.
- Working closely with colleagues and support staff where required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience handling a mixed private family caseload.
- Strong experience across divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.
- The ability to manage your own caseload with confidence.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A commercially aware and practical approach to family law.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a wider team.
- A genuine passion for family law and a desire to develop your career.
