Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer looking for a fully remote opportunity with a well-established and growing legal business?
We’re working with a successful and forward-thinking law firm that is expanding its Residential Property team and is looking to appoint an experienced conveyancing professional to join them on a permanent, fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, takes pride in delivering a high level of client service and wants to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative property team.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, working with a high degree of autonomy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters.
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues.
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with required quality and regulatory standards.
- Contributing to the wider development of the residential property team.
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues where appropriate.
About You
We’re keen to speak with experienced residential conveyancing professionals who are confident managing their own caseload.
You’ll ideally have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent experience as a Conveyancer.
- Solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
- Strong technical knowledge across both freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Excellent communication and client-care skills.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively to deadlines.
- A commercially aware and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a wider team.
