Salary: £33,000 – £43,000 (DOE)
Job Type
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and leases
- Conducting property searches and title checks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and surveyors
- Providing clear and practical legal advice throughout transactions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate file management and meeting key deadlines
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of current property law and conveyancing processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
