North Finchley
Salary - Up to £55,000
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing and well-established team based in North Finchley.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling matters efficiently while delivering an excellent level of client service.
The caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Lease extensions
- Other general residential property matters
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing within a legal practice
- Strong experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Experience dealing with lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages
- Ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and strong client care skills
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
