We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join my clients well-regarded residential conveyancing team at their Birkenhead office. This is a full-time, office-based position offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, or at least 5 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• A solid working knowledge of all aspects of residential property transactions
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail when preparing legal documentation
• Strong time management and organisational skills to thrive in a busy environment
• A client-focused approach with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with legal case management systems
• A consistent track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets
