Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Runcorn, Cheshire
£30,000 - £40,000
My client is a well-established law firm in Runcorn and is proud to serve a diverse and long-standing client base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality legal services for clients, focusing on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
  • Act as the key contact for clients, agents, and introducers, providing updates on transaction progress.
  • Ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Manage your own caseload with support from an assistant and collaborate with fellow team members.
  • Engage in business development opportunities and participate in networking events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE), CILEx Fellow, or Licensed Conveyancer or also applicants with at least 5 years of relevant residential property experience.
  • Expertise in sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
  • Ability to independently manage your caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in IT, with a focus on legal practice tools.
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen to manage client matters.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
