Residential Property Solicitor - 5+ PQE
Location: Cobham (office-based)
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded and long-established law firm in Surrey. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Advising and supporting clients effectively, ensuring exceptional levels of service.
- Liaising with third parties such as Land Registry, estate agents, and other solicitors.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintaining effective file management and ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.
- Undertaking billing, time recording, and credit control procedures in line with firm policies.
- Supporting business development initiatives and building strong professional networks to enhance the firm’s profile.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Residential Property.
- Strong technical expertise across a variety of conveyancing matters.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Business development experience and a proactive approach to contributing to the team’s success.
