RTA Solicitor / Fee Earner
Location: Liverpool + Bolton (Hybrid Working Available)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RTA Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a growing litigation team based in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients while managing a busy and varied caseload of RTA matters involving liability disputes and credit hire litigation.
The Role
- Manage a caseload of RTA and credit hire litigation files
- Analyse liability and risk to progress cases effectively
- Work within the MOJ portal and CPR framework
- Liaise with clients, insurers and third parties to progress claims
- Use Proclaim case management system to manage files and ensure compliance
- Drive efficient case progression and settlement outcomes
About You
- Experience handling RTA litigation matters
- Knowledge of the MOJ process and Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience dealing with credit hire claims
- Strong organisational and client care skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work in a busy environment
- Experience with Proclaim beneficial but not essential
