Puro Associates are delighted to be supporting an Accountancy practice in Cheadle Hulme in their search for a full-time permanent Semi Senior Accountant to join their friendly well-established team of accountancy professionals.
As a Semi Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in working with a diverse range of clients, providing comprehensive accounting services and financial guidance.
Responsibilities of the Semi Senior Accountant Job:
- Preparing annual accounts
- Preparing tax computations
- Preparing annual VAT returns.
- Provide financial advice and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying avenues for business growth and development.
Requirements of the Semi Senior Accountant Job:
- Will need ideally at least 2+ years’ experience within a UK accountancy firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Friendly disposition and a team player
- Effective communicator, comfortable communicating with clients and peers at all levels
