Job Title: Semi Senior Accountant
Location: Preston
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are recruiting for a highly-regarded independent accountancy firm in Preston seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join their already amazing team.

Key Responsibilities of the Semi Senior Accountant Job:

• Managing a portfolio of clients with duties that include: bookkeeping, accounts preparation, VAT return and liaising with clients.
• Preparing client accounts, notes and queries for a variety of sole trader, partnerships and limited companies. (Managing Partner will finalise accounts with client and advise on adjustments).
• Preparing basic personal and corporate tax computations and returns.
• VAT returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications of the Semi Senior Accountant Job:

• Hold at least 2+ years’ worth of UK Practice Experience
• Experienced with Quickbooks, Xero, Excel and Sage Accounts would be ideal.
• Someone who wants to grow and develop further
