Are you an ambitious Senior Accountant or an experienced Semi Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading and supportive accountancy practice in Stratford-upon-Avon, is recruiting a Senior Accountant / Semi Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant to manage a varied client portfolio, gain exposure to advisory and tax planning projects, and enjoy hybrid and flexible working with a salary of up to £45,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of accounts and tax returns for a wide range of clients.
- Advising clients on tax liabilities, deadlines, and planning opportunities.
- Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries.
- Supporting Partners with business planning, advisory, and tax assignments.
- Assisting clients with accounting software (including cloud systems such as Xero).
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified / part-qualified.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems (CCH, Xero, Sage etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
