Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a varied portfolio of clients
- Review statutory accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax returns
- Provide tax planning advice and tailored business solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Review client records and ensure compliance
- Support, mentor, and supervise junior staff
- Identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a UK accountancy practice
- AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA qualified (or nearing completion)
- Strong knowledge of UK tax and compliance
- Experience managing client portfolios
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
- Able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
