Up to £55,000 (DOE)

Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join an established, top 50+50 firm in their Harrogate office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.
This role would be perfect for a newly qualified accountant, or a senior accountant looking to make the next step. The focus would be around joining at a senior accountant level and moving into management in due course.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients on accounting process offering tailored advice
- Managing your own portfolio of clients
- Preparing accounts for sole traders, Ltd companies and partnerships
- VAT returns
- Tax returns
- Support more junior members of staff
- Work directly with partners
What we are looking for:
- ACCA/ACA qualified
- Looking for someone who is seeking progression.
- Experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with accounting software.
