Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing, innovative firm in their Sheffield office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.
Key Responsibilities for a Senior Accountant:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients
- Attend client meetings
- Prepare end of year accounts for sole traders, ltd companies and partnerships
- Supporting clients on accounting process offering tailored advice
- Submit VAT returns
- Submit Tax returns
- Training and supporting junior members of staff
Requirements needed for a Senior Accountant:
- AAT Qualified and/or ACA / ACCA part-qualified
- 3+ years practice experience
- Experience of Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks, Iris.
