Location: Hamilton, Glasgow
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Are you looking for a new exciting role in Practice with the opportunity to become a Partner of the company?
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience with Audit to join a fast growing practice in Hamilton.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with junior members of staff with training and support, as well as reviewing the work of others.
• VAT returns, bookkeeping and Payroll
• Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, charities etc
• Monitoring the progression of audit assignments
• Liaising with clients and ensuring all their needs are met to the highest level of professionalism.

What are we looking for:

• ACCA/AAT/ACA Qualified
• At least 5 + experience in Practice in a similar role.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software’s such as QuickBooks, Xero and Sage
