Overview:
A growing and dynamic law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join its busy property department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and proactive individual to work closely with senior lawyers on high-value and complex matters, while developing their career in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:

• Supporting a busy property team on a range of matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Lease extensions and deeds of variation
  • High-value residential transactions
  • Complex title investigations
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
• Managing multiple transactions simultaneously with a high level of accuracy
• Assisting with file management and ensuring matters progress efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Conducting title reviews and handling Land Registry matters
• Maintaining strong client relationships and providing a high level of service
• Supporting fee earners on complex transactions
• Working independently where appropriate, with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential property
• Strong knowledge of Land Registry processes and title investigation
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
