What You’ll Be Doing as a Personal Tax Senior:
- Managing your own portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring outstanding service and technical accuracy.
- Collaborating with senior team members to provide tailored tax planning solutions to individuals and trusts.
- Completing and reviewing personal tax computations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Building strong client relationships through direct communication and proactive support.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, offering training and development opportunities.
- Keeping up to date with tax legislation, ensuring high standards of technical knowledge.
What We’re Looking for in a Personal Tax Senior:
- CTA fully qualified (part-qualified candidates will also be considered).
- Recent and relevant experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge and an eye for detail.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
