As an Accounts Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 150 clients and their financial needs
• Providing expert advice on complex financial matters and strategic planning
• Overseeing and mentoring a small team of accounting professionals
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and satisfaction
• Staying updated on industry regulations and driving best practices within the firm

Qualifications and Skills Required for the Accounts Manager Job:

• Ideally need to hold a ACCA or ACA qualification.
• It's essential to hold UK Practice Experience
• Have the skillset and experience to manage and develop a small team
• Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members.
• A client-focused mindset and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
