Are you an Accounts Semi Senior seeking a new opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a prominent Independent Accountancy Firm in the East of Manchester, is expanding due to growth and is on the lookout for a talented individual to join their team.
As a Semi Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in working with a diverse range of clients, providing comprehensive accounting services and financial guidance.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Semi Senior Job:
- Prepare annual accounts, tax computations, and VAT returns.
- Provide financial advice and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Assist junior team members, offering training and support if necessary.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying avenues for business growth and development
Requirements of the Accounts Semi Senior Job:
- Part Qualified is an advantage but not essential
- Will need ideally at least 3+ years’ experience within a UK accountancy firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Friendly disposition and a team player
- Effective communicator, comfortable communicating with clients and peers at all levels
