Job Title: Residential & Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Enfield
Salary: £38,000 - £55,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? The Role This is a broad conveyancing role where you will manage a caseload of both residential and commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. You will work within a supportive team, benefiting from the firm’s wealth of market knowledge and commitment to manageable caseloads and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare contracts, transfer documents, and other key legal paperwork
- Conduct title checks, deal with SDLT and Land Registry submissions
- Maintain the highest standard of compliance and client care throughout
What We're Looking For
- Up to 3 years' post-qualification experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to case handling
- Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
- A collaborative attitude with enthusiasm for personal and team growth
- Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
