Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare year-end statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
• Lead audits (including statutory, Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR), and grant audits), supervising and supporting junior team members
• Provide assistance to Accounts Managers with a variety of client work
• Support the outsourced services team with management accounts and VAT preparation when needed
• Contribute to client projects such as cash flow forecasting and financial planning

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
• A strong background working with clients across multiple industries
• Solid knowledge of FRS 102 Section 1A
• Good understanding of corporate tax and VAT
• Proficiency in accounting software, ideally including IRIS and Xero
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own portfolio and deadlines
• Experience working to budgets and delivering high-quality work on time
