Cheshire
Up to £52,000 + Monthly Bonus (DOE)

A highly respected and expanding law firm in Cheshire is looking to recruit a client-focused Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The Opportunity:
Whether you’re a newly qualified solicitor with hands-on residential conveyancing experience, or a seasoned fee earner seeking a new challenge, this role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload within a collaborative and dynamic team.
You’ll be leading a small team of three, which includes a Paralegal and an Administrative Assistant. The firm provides strong administrative support, allowing its conveyancers to focus fully on the legal work. You'll be part of a team known for delivering high levels of client care and committed to continuous development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files
  • Deliver excellent client care with timely and clear communication
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal firm policies
  • Provide supervision and support to junior staff as needed
  • Achieve financial targets related to billing, cash collection, and file openings
  • Maintain accurate data in the firm’s case management system

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (NQ and above welcome to apply)
  • Experience handling residential property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Team-focused, with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Comfortable using case management systems and other legal tech
  • Ambitious and committed to ongoing professional growth
