The Role of Conveyancing Solicitor:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with a strong track record in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. You will work with a loyal client base and benefit from administrative support, innovative systems, and a collegiate team environment.
Duties will include:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, and shared ownership
- Managing relationships with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Delivering high-quality legal advice with an emphasis on client care and attention to detail
- Participating in business development and maintaining excellent client relationships
About You as an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor:
You’ll be a confident and capable legal professional who is comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (more senior candidates also encouraged to apply)
- Proven ability to manage a varied and busy caseload independently
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Experience using modern case management systems
