The Role
In this role, you’ll:
- Advise on a wide range of company commercial matters, including share and business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, restructures, and general company law issues.
- Work closely with business owners, directors, and entrepreneurs, delivering clear, strategic legal advice that drives their businesses forward.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high standards of service and communication at all times.
- Contribute to business development activities and wider firm growth initiatives.
- Operate autonomously on your matters while collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ PQE in corporate or commercial law.
- Proven expertise in drafting, negotiation, and complex transactions.
- A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in the business world.
- Confidence advising senior stakeholders with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage your workload independently.
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
