Are you an experienced conveyancer ready to take the next step into a strategic leadership role? This boutique, forward-thinking law firm is looking for a dynamic Head of Conveyancing to lead, develop and grow their new office in Romford.
The Opportunity
This is more than just a fee-earning role - you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of the firm’s conveyancing offering.
You’ll:
- Take the lead on growing and managing the conveyancing team, driving performance and best practice.
- Be a key voice in strategic and business planning meetings.
- Oversee a varied caseload in residential and commercial conveyancing, stepping in to support the team when needed.
- Mentor, develop and support junior staff to help them reach their potential.
- Be part of exciting new tech developments designed to keep the firm ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing.
