Litigation Lawyer
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
Location: Leigh-On-Sea
Salary: £38,000 - £55,000

A thriving law firm is currently looking for a driven and ambitious Litigation Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with ideally 4+ years PQE to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for a Litigation Lawyer seeking a fresh challenge, autonomy in their work, and the chance to work alongside a respected and experienced leadership team.
In this role, the Litigation Lawyer will:
- Handle a diverse caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency, and broader commercial litigation
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
- Deliver commercially focused legal advice tailored to individual and business needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet monthly performance targets and KPIs
- Play a key role in growing the firm’s litigation practice and reputation in the market
- Provide high-quality service that instils confidence in clients from day one
This opportunity is perfect for a Litigation Lawyer who:
- Has 4+ years PQE in litigation (although those with less experience but a strong skill set will also be considered)
- Brings a strong understanding of dispute resolution and commercial litigation
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
