Location £36,000 – £45,000 DOE | Full-time, Permanent

Puro Associates is proud to be working in partnership with a boutique commercial law firm that is seeking a confident and technically strong solicitor to join their disputes team. This is a firm that punches well above its weight—known for its quality of work, entrepreneurial culture, and collaborative approach.
The OpportunityYou’ll step into a varied caseload of both property litigation and insolvency matters, working with a client base that includes landlords, developers, commercial tenants, and insolvency practitioners.
As a Property Litigation & Insolvency Solicitor, you’ll be advising on:
- Commercial and residential property disputes
- Lease enforcement, break notices, boundary disputes, and rights of way
- Contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters—acting for creditors, IPs, and directors
- Claims involving misfeasance, unlawful dividends, and antecedent transactions
- Court proceedings, ADR, and pre-action negotiations
You’ll work closely with partners, enjoy direct client contact, and have the autonomy to drive your matters forward while benefiting from strong internal support.
What We're Looking ForThis is a fantastic role for a solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. You’ll need:
- 2–6 years’ PQE as a solicitor (flexible depending on experience)
- Strong grounding in property litigation; experience or interest in insolvency work is essential
- A commercial mindset and confidence managing files with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to contribute to a growing team and build long-term client relationships
