Puro Assoicates are pleased to be supporting a dynamic and well-regarded accountancy practice is seeking a confident and highly organised Receptionist / Administrator to join their Peterborough office. This is a front-facing role ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a professional, client-focused environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls and direct queries across multiple office locations
- Maintain a presentable reception area and well-organised office space
- Coordinate meeting schedules, staff calendars, and internal appointments
- Handle incoming/outgoing post and support digital document management
- Monitor office and kitchen supplies; liaise with suppliers and facilities contacts
- Support internal and client communications including drafting correspondence
- Set up and manage client records across internal systems
- Take ownership of scanning, file organisation, and document sharing
About You
- Prior experience in a reception or administrative role, ideally within accountancy or professional services
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital file management systems
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Positive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Client-focused with a friendly, professional demeanour
