Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Our client, a well-regarded and growing accountancy practice based in Southam, is looking to appoint a Client Manager to join their friendly and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that truly values both its clients and its people.
The Role:
As Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients – from individuals and SMEs to larger corporations. You’ll provide expert financial advice, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality accounting services with a personal touch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their financial goals and providing tailored support.
- Oversee the full accounting process for clients, including bookkeeping, tax planning, and compliance.
- Review and finalise financial statements, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
- Advise clients on budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and identify opportunities to add value.

About You:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an accountancy practice, with proven client management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software and systems.
- Ideally ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualified (or actively working towards it).
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex financial matters in a clear, approachable way.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your workload effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
