The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate in this established Commercial Property team, you’ll:
- Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
- Handle lease extensions, renewals, and negotiations for both landlords and tenants.
- Work on development projects, site set-ups, due diligence, and related matters.
- Manage property finance transactions, acting for lenders and borrowers on financing and refinancing deals.
- Conduct detailed due diligence, title investigations, and property searches.
- Provide practical, solutions-focused advice to landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.
- Ensure full compliance with commercial property law and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and referrers.
- Contribute ideas for team growth, strategy, systems, and service delivery — your voice will be heard.
What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
Strong experience working with landlords, tenants, developers, and lenders.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to provide practical advice.
A strategic thinker who is proactive, dependable, and ready to make an impact.
A collaborative team player who enjoys variety and building trusted client relationships.
