Senior Associate – Private Client | Shape the Future of a Growing Department

Salary: Flexible DOE - £70,000 - £100,000

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, business owners, and entrepreneurial families while carving out a clear path to leadership within a supportive, ambitious team.
The Role
As a Senior Associate in Private Client, you will:
- Advise on complex wills and estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
- Create and administer trusts, ensuring robust succession planning and asset protection.
- Manage probate and estate administration, including high-value and taxable estates.
- Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Deliver strategic guidance on asset protection, inheritance tax mitigation, and wealth structuring.
- Play an integral part in the growth and future direction of the department, working towards a leadership role.
What We’re Looking For 6+ years’ PQE in Private Client work.
Strong technical expertise in wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs.
A STEP qualification (or working towards).
Excellent drafting skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Commercial awareness and confidence handling complex matters for high-net-worth clients.
The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and professional advisers alike.
A strategic thinker with the drive to develop the department and contribute fresh ideas.
