An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and growing team. This role is designed for an experienced solicitor who is ready to take the next step in their career, with a clear and supported pathway into a future leadership position.

Key ResponsibilitiesCore Duties
- Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development transactions
- Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice
- Work closely with senior stakeholders on ongoing matters
- Support and supervise junior team members
Progression Responsibilities (Over Time)
- Take on team leadership responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic decision-making
- Support departmental growth and development
- Help shape processes, systems, and team structure
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical expertise and attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
- Interest in developing into a leadership role
