My client is seeking a talented Civil Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their growing team. My client specialises in property and commercial matters but also cover a broader range of civil litigation areas, as detailed below. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career with a dynamic, client-focused law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on debt recovery, property disputes, landlord & tenant matters, and contentious probate.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, including performing your own advocacy when required.
- Draft and review various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and court applications.
- Conduct thorough legal research to aid case preparation and strategy development.
- Keep detailed, accurate records of all client interactions and progress in ongoing cases.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and evolving legal practices to ensure clients receive the best guidance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
- 4+ years of PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in civil litigation.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively advocate on behalf of clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
