Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction to resolution.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and expert instructions.
- Negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the case process.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence law.
- Strong ability to manage a caseload independently.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and client care skills.
