Commercial/Corporate Senior Associate
South London

Salary:Up to £110,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures
• Provide legal support on corporate governance and compliance
• Assist with business sales, asset purchases, and due diligence
• Advise on intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in commercial or corporate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
• Experience handling transactional work and commercial agreements
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure
• Business development experience is an advantage
