About the Role:
Puro Associates are pleased to be working with an established law firm that is seeking a Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience in both residential and commercial property to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Handle commercial conveyancing transactions, including leasehold and freehold acquisitions, disposals, and commercial property developments.
• Provide clear and effective legal advice to clients on both commercial and residential property matters.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, leases, sale and purchase agreements, and other property-related documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth transaction process.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (3 years PQE) with experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial property law, including the latest legal developments and market trends.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a keen eye for problem-solving.
