The Role of Immigration Solicitor:
You will join a dynamic and growing immigration department, handling a broad mix of private and corporate immigration matters. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
- Sponsor licences & skilled worker visas
- EUSS applications
- Family and private life applications
- Detention, bail, and asylum matters
- Judicial review and appeals work
- The caseload will be tailored to your strengths, with scope to expand into new areas depending on your interests and expertise.
About You:
To be considered, you should be:
- A qualified Immigration Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experienced in immigration law with strong technical knowledge
- A confident communicator, able to build trust with a diverse client base
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for clients
