Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + Company Bonus

The Opportunity
An established and fast-growing East Lancashire law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Nelson head office. This role is ideal for a confident fee earner looking for manageable caseloads, real career progression and a better work-life balance.
You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction to completion while delivering an excellent client experience and supporting the firm’s continued growth, including opportunities to get involved in business development.

The Role
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload (freehold & leasehold sales and purchases)
- Take full ownership of files from instruction to completion
- Deliver a high-quality, client-focused service
- Work closely with a supportive Residential team and Legal Support function
