Senior Residential Conveyancer (5+ Years’ Experience)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Bonus Structure
Job Type
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Ensuring clients obtain good and marketable title
- Reviewing and advising on mortgage offers
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQS standards
- Supervising and supporting paralegals and assistants
- Working closely with post-completion and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transaction process
About You
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised, adaptable and proactive
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Professional, motivated and a strong team player
Desirable
- Solicitor, CLC or CILEx qualification
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
