We’re looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our growing Leeds audit team. This is a client-facing role offering responsibility, progression, and genuine flexibility.

The role
You’ll lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with clients and supporting junior team members. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and budgeting audit assignments
• Leading and completing audit fieldwork, focusing on key risk areas
• Reviewing trainee work and coaching junior team members
• Liaising with clients and escalating complex issues where required
• Preparing statutory financial statements (primarily UK GAAP) and drafting tax computations
• Meeting internal and external deadlines
• Assisting with billing, recoveries, and maintaining quality assurance standards
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and business development

About you

• Strong audit experience with client-facing exposure
• Able to complete audit fieldwork independently
• Strong technical knowledge and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Enthusiastic about career progression and developing others
